Gift Packs
Gift packs containing a selection of preserves, jams and dried fruits are always available. We also have Christmas gift packs available which include fresh cherries (in the cherry season only).

Dried Fruit
Our picking staff harvest selected apricots when fully ripe so sugar levels are high for the drying process. We sell only Sarita grown apricots dried exclusively for Sarita by Sunbury Park Orchard at their Earnscleugh drying facility across the river from Clyde.

Preserves
Jams, sauces and chutneys are made in our small commercial kitchen at our roadside shop on State Highway 6 (Kawarau Gorge Road), 4km from Cromwell on the way to Queenstown.

Using from traditional recipes, the preserves are made from whole fruit with no added preservatives.

The orchard fresh jams, chutneys and pickles are available in 200gm glass jars. Sauces are in 300ml glass bottles. Gift size preserves mustards and tapanade are available in attractive 75gm hexagonal glass jars.
